Microsoft Publisher Tool and its specific functions

Select Objects – this publisher tool enables the user to select tables, pictures, text boxes or WordArt  in the publication. Once the item is selected, the user can now move the object anywhere in the publication, re-size it or even delete it.

Text Box – one this tool bar is click you can now enter any text in a box and place it anywhere you want in the publication.

Insert Table – this tool enables user to create tables like in other Microsoft application create table menu will appear then the user enters the preferred options. To add data on cell, just click the cell directly.

Insert WordArt – this is a gallery of text styles that you can insert on your publication.

Picture Frame – in Microsoft Publisher, picture plays a vital role. This will surely grab readers attention and to enhance the message. The picture will allow readers to get the main idea of the publication.

Line – if you want to draw lines in a publication. Just click the tool then in your work area click and drag your mouse.

Arrow – like the line arrow as arrow shape end.

Oval – this will allow user to draw oval shape.

Rectangle – draw a rectangle shape by clicking then dragging your mouse in the work area.

AutoShapes – this are predefined shapes that you can choose.

Bookmark – this will allow you to create hyperlinks to jump directly on a specific locations on a publication page.

Design Gallery Object – by looking at the picture below, you can select a variety of designs in the gallery that you can add on your publication.

Item from Content Library – user can right click any publication objects and has the option to add it on the content library, this tool helpful if you want to use the same picture in your future publications.
